Utility Bill Payment Options

PAY ONLINE

Click the button above.  The first time you will need to register. After you have registered, payments can be made in three easy steps.  You can pay immediately, schedule a payment, or set up Auto-Pay for the amount of your bill. (Auto-pays must be set up online.)  More online features include: print receipts, view past payments, see status of payments, stop Auto-Pay and more.  

We recommend that you do NOT select paperless billing, since we use the quarterly utility bill mailing as a way to deliver newsletters, refuse/recycling calendars and other important written communications to our residents.

Call toll-free 877-885-7968.  Make sure to have your bill available to provide your customer account number.

CONVENIENCE FEES APPLY TO ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS:                                                                                                                  

$1.10 FOR ELECTRONIC CHECK AND SAVINGS PMTS;   3.0% (+50¢ IF UNDER $100) FOR CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS.

PAY AT THE OFFICE

Drop off your payment during regular business hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  We do also accept debit and credit card payments, although, the convenience fees shown above do apply.  We also have a locked drop box available 24/7 for payments by check at city hall located at: 670 17th Avenue South, Waite Park. It is a drive-up drop box, so you don't even need to get out of your car!
